STROLLER fitness

Our Stroller classes are a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends. An encouraging and supportive environment means that women can work out at their own pace AND tend to their baby when needed. Babies are often fed, soothed or changed during class in between mom’s exercises!


Babywearing fitness

Our Babywearing Fitness class is popular for people who want to work out with their babies.

Each class is a full body workout designed to improve core strength, burn fat and build muscle. Exercise without the guilt, meet other moms in the community and have FUN!


Live, Online Programs

prenatal online

Both our Prenatal Fitness and Prenatal Yoga classes focus on improving muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance and core stability, so that our pregnant members feel more energetic and strong throughout their pregnancy.

Active and healthy pregnant people go into labour with an advantage that helps them endure the physical demands of delivery.


EXPRESS ONLINE

Our Live, Online Express classes are the perfect way to fit in your workout from the comfort of your own living room - no commute necessary! Our Express Classes are all 30 minutes so that busy mamas can fit them into their schedule. Choose from our low impact Express STRONG, higher intensity Express ELEVATE or yoga inspired Express FLOW. Our instructors always offer modifications and alternatives to meet our members at their level of fitness.


On-Demand Workouts

PRE-RECORDED WORKOUT VIDEOS

Our content library of on-demand pre-recorded workouts is a great way to workout when the time is best for you. Have your family join in or do it on your own after the kids are in bed - it’s your choice!

There are over 80 workouts in our library ranging from quick 10 minute workouts to longer 40 minute workouts. Choose from full body or targeted workouts, mobility, agility, strength or HIIT workouts. Prenatal workouts and baby-wearing friendly workouts can be found here as well.
