The Glebe

The Glebe Community Centre

Our indoor babywearing classes take place in the 3rd floor dance studio at the Glebe Community Centre at 175 Third Ave. There is limited dedicated parking on Lyon St, outside of the Community Centre or street parking in the surrounding area.

This is an accessible space and there is an elevator to the third floor. Equipment is provided.

Masks are required when moving through the building.

Please bring your structured baby carrier or non-stretchy wrap with you.

Brewer Park

There are large grassy areas, pathways and different types of terrain at this park, making it a great place for a physically distanced stroller class!

We meet in the parking lot south of the baseball diamonds, off of Bronson. When you turn into Brewer Park from Bronson, you’ll immediately turn right to get to the south parking lot. If you get to the stop sign, you’ve gone too far!

Classes run rain or shine. In the case of rain, we’ll use the area under the Bronson Bridge (this is called the House of Paint, as the walls are constantly changing as graffiti artists work on their art). If there’s thunder and/or lightning, we’ll reschedule the class.

Hog’s Back Park

There’s a great pathway (uphill!), benches, a stone wall and some shady areas that make this location a great place for a stroller class.

Getting to Hog’s Back Park is easy. The turnoff into the park is well marked from Hog’s Back Road. When you enter the park, you’ll go around the round about to the larger parking lot. There is lots of parking.

We meet near the back of the parking lot, near the stone wall.

Classes run rain or shine. In the case of rain, we’ll use the area by the closed canteen, where there are benches and tables. It’s closer to Hog’s Back Road and the bridge. If there’s thunder and/or lightning, we’ll reschedule the class.
