In this guide, you’ll find two challenging 30 minute workouts that we recorded recently:

  • A stability ball, tabata style workout

  • A loopband circuit workout

Both of our workouts provide modifications to meet you at your level of fitness. If you don’t have the equipment suggested, there are alternatives given as well.
