I joined Fitmom Strong mid-way through my maternity leave in September 2020 and I'm still enjoying each and every class! The flexibility of the online classes was great during mat leave and I'm now still able to take time to get some movement in during my workday. The instructors are wonderful and you feel like you're getting a great workout in every time!

I signed up for the Prenatal classes for my second pregnancy and wish that I had done them during my first pregnancy as well! The instructors are fantastic, and I always feel much better, both mentally and physically, after each class. Even though the classes have been virtual, I have enjoyed connecting with other moms (in both Ottawa and in the Durham region) and have enjoyed getting to know the instructors both during and after class as well.

I've participated in a variety of Fitmama Strong classes and programs, including both in-person and virtual. This is the first time I've actually enjoyed virtual fitness classes. I can even do Monday night yoga at home in my pjs! I love the pace and length of all of the classes. I can babywear and sometimes my toddler even tries to participate.
