Our FITWOMAN classes are currently offered live, from our virtual studio. We will not be offering any indoor in-person FITWOMAN Classes for the foreseeable future. We offer an outdoor, in-person FITWOMAN Class each spring. Watch our newsletter for info about this class!
FITWOMAN classes are a challenging workout for ALL women, whether you’ve just had a baby or your “baby” was born 10 or more years ago. This quick paced class works to maximize your metabolism by combining many different strength and cardio exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. You can expect to increase lean muscle, improve cardiovascular endurance and reduce stress through a combination of intervals, circuits, plyometrics, strength training and great music all delivered in the signature FITMOM style!
This is a great exercise class for moms who have returned to work or who are interested in a workout without babies, where you get a full hour to focus on something for you! Options for higher intensity or lower impact are always available.
Our FITWOMAN classes will continue to be offered live from our virtual studio. We’d love to have you join us!
FITWOMAN Classes
All of our FITWOMAN Classes are currently 30 minute, live-streamed, online classes. Our FITWOMAN Express classes are typically more intense than our FITMOM Express classes, but there are always modifications offered for anyone who needs them.
We’ve been building up a content library of pre-recorded videos for those of you who prefer to workout on your own time! We have many different types of classes, including prenatal, babywearing friendly, mobility, HIIT, core and strength classes. They come in a variety of lengths from 10 - 40 minutes and use weight, stability balls and loopbands as equipment. Try them out!
